Kramer Marine Propellers specializes in repair, modification and sales of all types of marine propellers for both pleasure and commercial vessels.

Repair, emergency modification and modification are performed in our own workshop using the MRI. With this Measurement Recording Instrument, we are unique. We are the only one in Europe using this 3D measuring computer to provide an accurate and trouble-free screw.

This measuring machine not only measures pitch. It also considers pitch gradient, mutual blade height, blade spread, axial position, etc. This provides insight into where the deviations are and how much they deviate from ISO 484 standards.

Deviations not only affect performance and consumption, but also lead to induced vibrations that absorb power and cause drive train damage. Together with our screw calculations and the MRI, problems can be detected and corrected. After grinding, all screws are fitted with double anti-zinc edges and balanced.
